Introducing The Palms
Whether over a meal or cocktails, The Palms transports you to the Mediterranean – in the heart of Mount Gravatt.
The Palms is an elegantly-designed restaurant that seamlessly transitions from gourmet breakfasts to relaxed lunches, and then into a delightful destination for dinner or drinks.
Pull up a chair at the bar and lounge poolside while sipping a signature Palms Pimms Cup cocktail. Make your way to the stylishly appointed dining room to indulge in a meal that will tantalise your tastebuds long after you’ve finished.
A trip to Westfield Garden City is not complete without a visit to The Palms Mediterranean Bar and Grill.
We source amazing, local produce and showcase our team’s culinary skills by curating a menu of timeless favourites and seasonal delights.
The Palms believes in always using quality ingredients as a base for every recipe. The Mediterranean menu is only made better with the use of the imported Josper Grill Oven from Spain.
We encourage our diners to share their meals as a way to experience everything the sumptuous menu has to offer. If you’re not willing to share, we completely understand – but we think you’ll be salivating with jealousy over your neighbour’s plate, too.

Brad Jolly tasted success at a young age, when just ten years old he started cooking for his family, saving them a mother who was a self-confessed disaster in the kitchen.
Since those early days, Brad has pursued his passion professionally since he was a teenager, working in some of the world’s most renowned kitchens, and winning a swag of prestigious international cooking awards, before returning to Australia in 2001 to open the nationally acclaimed restaurants Lat 27 and Alchemy in Brisbane, the thriving state capital of Queensland and the fastest growing city in Australia.
Brad’s international reputation was established early in his career, in 1993 at just 22 Brad competed against the best young chefs of 25 nations to take out the World Title in the Jeunes Commis Rôtisseurs Competition, held annually by the prestigious international gastronomic society La Chaine des Rotisseurs, at regional, national and international levels.
At The Palms, Brad hones all his know-how and culinary skills into providing guests with delicious food inspired by the Mediterranean. The casual nature of the restaurant has allowed Brad to experiment with flavours and indulge in heartier meals. Diners have the rare opportunity to taste a menu prepared by a world-class chef in a relaxed, social-oriented setting.
